Brazilian Maple

Description

Brazilian Maple is the quiet one in our range. Where Jatoba runs red and Tigerwood stripes, this species stays pale and even — a cream to light-honey board with a fine, closed grain and very little colour movement from plank to plank.

That consistency is the reason to choose it. If you are matching cabinetry, laying a large open floor, or simply do not want the floor to be the loudest thing in the room, an even-toned species does the job that a heavily figured one cannot.

Milled as 3/4 inch solid prefinished, in 3 1/4 inch and 5 inch widths, satin or matte. Solid construction means it can be sanded and refinished for the life of the house. Nail-down installation over a wood subfloor, above grade.
