SPC is a rigid stone-polymer core plank. It is 100 percent waterproof, dimensionally stable, and it goes where wood should not: basements, laundry rooms, kitchens, and rental units that need to survive a tenant.

What we are bringing in

• Cascade Series — 20 mil wear layer, embossed UV scratch-resistant coating, 6mm thick, 7 and 9 inch widths, 59 inch length.
• Urban Grove — 22 mil wear layer, EIR texture, 8mm thick, 9 inch wide, 70.87 inch length.

A 20 to 22 mil wear layer is commercial grade. Most big-box SPC sits at 6 to 12 mil, which is why it looks tired after three years in a hallway.
